Mark on reception was excellent my daughter came to stay for 2 night as it was an urgent stay while waiting for a flight back to the uk mark went out of his way to make sure she she was safe and felt safe out of is own money he got her a bottle of water and some treats as she was very upset also your Wi-Fi wasn't working and he let her hot spot her phone to his so she could call home and let us know she was safe there are not may nice people in this world but mark was one of those nice people and i want to thank him from an extremely worried parent he made the whole experience alot less worrying

We made a few special requests which were honored quickly and easily. Shuttle was readily available when we needed to return to the airport. 10 min. walk to a huge mall where you can catch a NJ Transit bus that gets you to NYC Port Authority in a half hour!

The room had mostly what I needed. Checking in was a breeze as well as checking out. There wasn't a breakfast bar but they did have some coffee available every morning, however I don't drink coffee so I didn't utilize that service.
